经济与管理学院简介

华南师范大学是国家“211工程”重点建设的大学之一。华南师范大学经济学和管理学的学科建设历史悠久，经济学家、翻译家郭大力教授,经济学家汤在新教授等一批知名学者，曾执教于此，广布教泽。经济与管理学院于2000年6月在原经济学系、信息管理学系、经济研究所三个单位的基础上组建而成，是华南师范大学国家“211工程”重点建设项目单位。

     South China Normal University is one of the key universities in national “Project 211”. The School of Economics and Management boasts a long history of subject development. Many well-known scholars such as Guo Dali, an economist and translator, and Tang Zaixin, an economist, taught here and contributed a lot. The School of Economics and Management, a key school in “Project 211” ofSouth China Normal University, was founded on the base of Department of Economics, Department of Information Management andInstitute of Economics in June, 2000.

     学院现设经济学、金融学、国际经济与贸易、工商管理、人力资源管理、会计学、电子商务、信息管理学等8个学系；设有MBA教育中心、经济行为科学重点实验室、经济学省级实验示范中心和管理学校级实验示范中心；建有经济研究所、劳动经济研究所、人力资源开发与管理研究所、国民经济研究所、图书馆与情报学研究所、区域经济研究所、“三农”与城镇化研究所、企业管理研究所、知识管理与竞争情报研究所、人口资源环境研究所等10个研究所；以及马克思主义经济学研究中心、第三产业经济研究中心、现代公司管理研究中心、港澳台经济研究中心、证券研究中心、电子商务创新研究中心、经济行为与制度研究中心等7个研究中心，华南师范大学创业学院大学城分院也设在我院。

     At present, there are eight departments in the school, which are Economics, Finance, International Economy and Trade, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Accounting, E-commerce, Information Management. In the school there are alsoMBA Education Center, Economics Behavior Science Key Laboratory, Provincial Economics Experiment Teaching andDemonstration Center, and University Managerial Experiment and Demonstration Center. In addition, there are ten institutes in the school, respectively on Economics, Labor Economics, Human Resource Development and Management, National Economy, Library Science and Information, Regional Economy, “Agriculture, Countryside, and Peasants” and Urbanization, Modern Company Management, Knowledge Management and Competition Information,and Population, Resource and Environmental Economics. Besides, in the school there are seven research centers which focus on Marxism Economics, Tertiary Industry, Modern Company Management, Hongkong, Macao and Taiwan Economy, Securities, E-commerce Innovation, and Economic Behavior and System. The branch of School of Entrepreneurship in Higher Education Mega Center is also in our school.


     自组建以来，学院在学科建设、科学研究、人才培养、队伍建设、条件建设等方面均实现了跨越式的发展，形成了特色鲜明、优势突出的学科群。学院目前拥有一个理论经济学博士后流动站，政治经济学、劳动经济学、马克思主义经济学3个博士学位授权点，拥有23个硕士学位授权点，包括理论经济学一级学科（含政治经济学、经济思想史、西方经济学、世界经济、经济史、人口、资源与环境经济学）、产业经济学、劳动经济学、国民经济学、金融学、企业管理、图书馆学、情报学，以及工商管理硕士（MBA）专业学位授权点，拥有政治经济学省级重点学科，建成广东省人文社科重点研究基地——华南市场经济研究中心，拥有10个本科专业，其中，经济学专业是国家特色专业。

     The school has developed greatly in many aspects such as discipline construction, academic research, personnel training, faculty construction, conditions creating et al., and now a discipline group has been formed with distinct characteristics and outstanding advantages. The school’s authorized stations or centers are as follows: a mobile station of theoretic economics for post-doctors; three doctorate authorized stations (respectively of political economy and of labor economics and of Marxist economics); twenty-three mastership authorized stations covering the seven branches of the first level discipline of theoretic economics (political economy, history of economic thoughts, western economics, economic history, population, resource and environmental economics), industrial economics, labor economics, national economics, finance, business Administration, library science,  Informatics ,MBA and ten undergraduate specialties. Economics is the national characteristic specialty. The subject of political economy is a key one in Guangdong Province, and the South China Market Economy Research Center is a key center for humanities and social science research in Guangdong. Now a complete personnel training system has been formed in the fields of economics and management, which consists of all levels of higher education, namely, the bachelor’s, the master’s degree, and the doctoral degree. And besides this, there is a mobile station for post-doctors. The school has become an important academic and personnel-training base of economics and management in South China. 

     “本科大类招生与大类培养”人才培养模式是广东省人才培养模式创新实验区，《政治经济学》、《金融学》、《现代公司管理》是广东省精品课程，《政治经济学》、《金融学》、《企业管理的智慧》是广东省精品资源共享课程，《劳动经济学》是广东省研究生示范课程。华南师范大学—深圳三和实业发展有限公司大学生实践基地是广东省大学生校外实践示范基地。学院与佛山市南海区政府合作，建成南海高新技术产业开发区博士后创新实践基地。经过多年的建设，学院形成了“学士—硕士—博士—博士后”的经济学与管理学人才培养体系，成为华南地区乃至全国重要的经济学和管理学科研及人才培养基地。

     "Undergraduate enrollment and training"  is the innovation experimentation in area for Personnel Training Mode of Guangdong. "Political Economics", "Finance" and "Modern Corporation management" arethe Guangdong provincial excellent courses. "Political Economics", "Finance", "Wisdom of Enterprise Management " are GuangdongProvince quality resource shared courses.  "Labor Economics" is the model course of Guangdong Province for postgraduates. Practice Base of South China Normal University and Shenzhen Sanhedevelopment Company limited is the Guangdong province model practice base which is outside of college for the students. With the Cooperation between the college and government of Foshan Nanhai District , we have constructed Nanhai high-tech industrial development zone innovation practice base for post doctor. After years of construction, we have built a Personnel Training System in Economics and Management of "Bachelor - Master - Doctor and Postdoctor", and becomed the scientific research base and personnel training base in Eeconomics and management in Southern China area and even through the nation .

     在“211工程” 建设的推动下，学院在多个专业领域内取得了丰硕的研究成果，一系列重大的标志性成果产生了广泛的社会影响。全院师生目前正以满腔的热情、严谨务实的态度和不断创新的精神，迎接新的机遇和挑战，为实现学院“十二五”规划和 “211工程” 建设目标而不懈努力。

     With the promotion of the “Project 211”, our school has made great progress in many fields and has got a series of splendid achievements with widespread social influence. Now, with great passion, concrete attitude and spirit of innovation, all the staff and students are vigorous to grasp all the opportunities and to face with every challenge. And the goals proposed in “the Twelfth Five Year Plan” and the “211 Project” are bound to be achieved.
